Sofia has been trained in Mongolian Contortion for over four years and has maintained a dedicated practice for more than thirteen years. She is also a certified Personal Trainer (US ACLI Milano, DBC, NCSF) with over two decades of professional coaching experience. What truly sets her work apart is her innovative approach to training, seamlessly integrating strength and flexibility — two qualities often considered incompatible — into a single, cohesive system designed specifically for the adult body. Rather than treating them as separate disciplines, Sofia teaches them as complementary skills that enhance one another, challenging the outdated belief that athletes must choose between being strong or flexible. Her method demonstrates that sustainable performance, longevity, and body control come from developing both simultaneously.

Having begun her own flexibility journey later in life at age 27, without natural hypermobility or a gymnastics background, Sofia brings a grounded, realistic mindset to her coaching. She understands the physical and mental barriers adults often face and guides students to move beyond fear, self-doubt, and limiting beliefs so they can train consistently, confidently, and safely, regardless of their starting point, age, or experience.

Her system is designed to build resilient, capable bodies across a wide range of goals and levels — from restoring pain-free movement and improving daily function, to structuring a high-level, professional contortion path.
