Sofia’s training method is rooted in Mongolian Contortion, flexibility training, targeted conditioning, and traditional weight training. What makes her approach truly revolutionary is the way she integrates strength and flexibility (qualities often believed to be incompatible) into a single, cohesive system designed specifically for the adult body. This method, shaped by over 20 years as a certified personal trainer and more than a decade of contortion practice, challenges the outdated belief that you must choose between being strong or flexible. Instead, Sofia proves that true performance comes from developing both.
Having started her own flexibility journey later in life and without natural hypermobility, Sofia brings a grounded mindset approach to coaching. She encourages students to move past fear and self-doubt so they can stay consistent and confident in their training.
Her system builds a functional, resilient body that moves freely through deeper ranges of motion while minimizing injury risk. Strength, flexibility, and balance are trained together with techniques tailored for adults, creating efficient progress and genuine empowerment throughout the learning process.
